1. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and design scalable workflows within the Pega platform.
2. Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications.
3. Develop and maintain design documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency.
4. Implement and test Pega applications, adhering to best practices for software engineering and version control.
5. Create user documentation and training materials to support system adoption.
6. Identify and analyze non-value-added processes, proposing solutions for optimization and automation.
7. Develop automated workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
10. Communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders, presenting findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

1. Final year student in engineering school specializing in Supply Chain or a related scientific field.

1. Understanding of BI tools, data architecture, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
2. Familiarity with low-code applications such as Power Automate and Salesforce (Pega preferred).
3. Interest in front-end and web development solutions (CSS, REACT, JavaScript preferred).
4. Proactive and curious, with knowledge of agile methodology (Jira preferred).
5. Excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
6. Fluency in French and English.

No prior professional experience required; however, familiarity with supply chain processes and digital case management solutions is advantageous.

Final year of an engineering program in Supply Chain or a related field.
