- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and design scalable workflows within the Pega platform.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Implement and test Pega applications, adhering to best practices for software engineering and version control.
- Create user documentation and training materials to support system adoption.
- Identify and analyze non-value-added processes, proposing solutions for optimization and automation.
- Develop automated workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
- Communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders, presenting findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Final year student in engineering school specializing in Supply Chain or a related scientific field.
- Understanding of BI tools, data architecture, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Familiarity with low-code applications such as Power Automate and Salesforce (Pega preferred).
- Interest in front-end and web development solutions (CSS, REACT, JavaScript preferred).
- Proactive and curious, with knowledge of agile methodology (Jira preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
- Fluency in French and English.
No prior professional experience required; however, familiarity with supply chain processes and digital case management solutions is advantageous.
Final year of an engineering program in Supply Chain or a related field.
