- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the Supply Chain team.
- Develop a predictive model to optimize stock levels at the fiscal year-end.
- Interview supply teams to understand challenges across different manufacturing sites.
- Identify key factors influencing year-end stock levels and analyze data.
- Simulate scenarios to evaluate the impact on stock levels and formulate optimization recommendations.
- Document models and recommendations for implementation and monitoring.
- Contribute to formalizing key supply processes and best practices.
- Conduct benchmarks and compile existing operational processes.
- Document new processes and update educational materials.
- Assist in disseminating new practices within the Supply Chain community, including co-facilitating training sessions.
- Enrollment in an engineering or business school with a specialization in Supply Chain or Procurement.
- Previous internship experience in supply chain management, focusing on flow and stock management issues.
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy and analytical capability.
- Attention to detail and ability to mobilize and unite teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with information systems is advantageous.
Previous internship experience in supply chain management is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or business with a specialization in Supply Chain or Procurement.
