Cartier Supply Chain Project Coordinator

- Manage and oversee the complete portfolio of spare parts orders for Cartier Operations.
- Ensure prioritization of needs and supply, establish delivery forecasts, and ensure adherence to standard timelines for repair platforms.
- Coordinate internal actions with various interfaces such as purchasing, prototyping, production, quality, logistics, and technical office.
- Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary project team to ensure the routing of new spare parts components.
- Participate in the CSPO/Distribution planning cycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for flows and processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, with SAP as a prerequisite.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, methodical, and structured approach to tasks.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in Supply Chain within the watchmaking industry, with a strong understanding of procurement and planning processes. Experience in an after-sales service environment is advantageous.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field with a specialization in Supply Chain.
