Cartier Supply Chain Intern

1. Extract, cleanse, and analyze large datasets from sources such as SAP, Excel, and internal databases.
2. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using MS Power BI and Looker.
3. Utilize Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation of reporting processes.
4. Present data insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
5. Manage the end-to-end process for internal staff orders across six countries.
6. Coordinate with the warehouse for order processing and monitor stock levels.
7. Communicate with logistics, finance, and HR departments to resolve order fulfilment issues.
8. Assist in the planning and execution of internal sales events.
9. Support the preparation of business presentations for management reviews.
10. Participate in technical testing of SAP ERP system updates.
11. Collaborate with SEAO teams to improve supply chain processes.
12. Assist with inventory control activities and provide administrative support as needed.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

1. Familiarity with Python and SQL.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
3. Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
5. Fluency in English; an additional Asian language is a plus.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with supply chain processes and data analysis is beneficial.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
