Cartier Supply Chain Intern

- Extract, cleanse, and analyze large datasets from sources such as SAP, Excel, and internal databases.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using MS Power BI and Looker.
- Utilize Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation of reporting processes.
- Present data insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage the end-to-end process for internal staff orders across six countries.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for order processing and monitor stock levels.
- Communicate with logistics, finance, and HR departments to resolve order fulfilment issues.
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal sales events.
- Support the preparation of business presentations for management reviews.
- Participate in technical testing of SAP ERP system updates.
- Collaborate with SEAO teams to improve supply chain processes.
- Assist with inventory control activities and provide administrative support as needed.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Python and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; an additional Asian language is a plus.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with supply chain processes and data analysis is beneficial.
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
