1. Analyze current supply chain processes to diagnose inefficiencies and identify areas for improvement.
2. Optimize administrative processes using advanced analytical tools to enhance overall efficiency.
3. Implement change by supporting operational teams and suppliers in adopting new work methodologies.
4. Develop and deploy performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively manage processes and align them with strategic objectives.

1. Pursuing a degree in Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain or Production Management.

1. Autonomous and organized with strong analytical abilities.
2. Proficient in Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Possession of a valid driver's license.

No prior professional experience required, but a passion for the watchmaking industry is essential.

Currently enrolled in an Engineering program with a focus on Supply Chain or Production Management.
