- Optimize administrative processes using advanced analytical tools to enhance overall efficiency.
- Implement change by supporting operational teams and suppliers in adopting new work methodologies.
- Develop and deploy performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively manage processes and align them with strategic objectives.
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain or Production Management.
- Autonomous and organized with strong analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
No prior professional experience required, but a passion for the watchmaking industry is essential.
Currently enrolled in an Engineering program with a focus on Supply Chain or Production Management.
