1. Develop and manage component order schedules for product launches.
2. Determine supply parameters including order mode, call frequency, and delayed differentiation.
3. Optimize launches and restocks by considering service levels, inventory, and cost impacts across the supply chain.
4. Identify and anticipate supply risks to prevent disruptions and meet packaging requirements.
5. Monitor order portfolio and ensure adherence to launch timelines.
6. Manage data for new projects in SAP and oversee logistical settings for all portfolio references.
7. Guide suppliers in adopting the new order flow management tool (Ariba/SAP Business Network) and resolve issues as needed.
8. Lead supplier follow-ups to ensure compliance with order flows.
9. Contribute to the development and implementation of activity tracking and supplier performance management tools.

1. Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain.

1. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
2. Initiative and analytical abilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and activity management tools.
4. Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but an interest in the cosmetics and fragrance industry is essential.

Master's degree in a relevant field.
