Cartier Supply & Demand Planner

- Propose and execute the demand forecast process, ensuring alignment with counterparts and system integration.
- Determine and confirm launching quantities for new products and target stock levels for existing items, ensuring timely purchase order execution.
- Assess supply needs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to meet sales targets and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Revise assortments and central inventory policies based on sales trends and feedback, adhering to Central Operations guidelines.
- Manage the ordering process, including placing manual orders, tracking, amending, or canceling as necessary.
- Analyze sales trends and propose actions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Allocate stock across networks and analyze inventory management performance.
- Suggest and execute stock re-balancing and manage returns to Head Office.
- Oversee obsolete or defective stock management, including repairs and staff sales.
- Drive changes and improvements in logistic processes and system flows.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or Business Management.
- Strong planning and analytical skills.
- Quick thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Reliability and proficiency with figures.
- Familiarity with complex IT systems, preferably SAP.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or Business Management.
