- Contribute to the SCALE project by supporting the Transformation and Strategic Projects Directorate.
- Facilitate the SCALE Community, including preparing monthly updates and organizing workshops.
- Engage with the Business Project Owner community to ensure project advancement.
- Assist in cross-functional workshops between Jewelry and Watchmaking divisions.
- Support digital transformation efforts in collaboration with the Industrial Directorate's digital teams.
- Rationalize digital governance structures and harmonize digital maturity matrices.
- Develop indicators for digital maturity progress.
- Participate in risk management process planning and updates.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects within the Transformation team, such as team structuring and documentation formalization.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering program with a focus on project management, production management, industrial processes, or Lean methodologies.
- Seeking a final-year internship or gap year placement.
- Proficient in project management tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Dynamic with strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
- Recognized for rigor and ability to manage priorities.
- Effective in persuading and advancing projects.
No specific prior experience required, but familiarity with project management and digital transformation is advantageous.
Pursuing a degree in engineering with relevant specialization.
