Cartier Stock Manager

1. Oversee all stock transfers, including reception, departure, and inter-boutique movements.
2. Ensure the quality control of stock transfers upon both reception and departure.
3. Safeguard and correctly handle all pieces on a daily basis.
4. Manage client reservations and consignments for various purposes such as events and press.
5. Prepare items for display and manage price labeling and changes.
6. Coordinate with other boutiques and local headquarters departments.
7. Prepare and submit reports as requested.
8. Receive, verify, and prepare omni-channel orders for boutique pick-ups and deliveries.
9. Manage inventories for stocks and repair orders, including communication with service centers regarding client quotations and spare parts orders.
10. Ensure compliance with all stock handling procedures and maintain necessary paperwork.
11. Assist management in upholding compliance standards.

1. Proven experience in stock management or a related field.
2. Familiarity with compliance procedures in a luxury retail environment.
