1. Coordinate the receipt, labeling, and transfer of merchandise to the Geneva boutique in collaboration with the second stock associate.
2. Organize and manage stock replenishment for the boutique.
3. Participate in annual and weekly inventory counts and address any discrepancies.
4. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the back stock and vault to optimize sales team efficiency.
5. Monitor special reservations and stock to ensure compliance and visibility.
6. Verify token operations in accordance with sales procedures.
7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of stock to assist the sales team effectively.
8. Ensure accurate piece counting and proper arrangement using a dedicated digital application, alerting management to any discrepancies.
9. Control and centralize daily payment methods for cash register closure and report generation.
10. Verify daily cash float and communicate with the Retail Back Office for specific case management, including AML, exports, refunds, and validations.
