Cartier Stock Administrator

- Support the stock administration of the boutique, ensuring compliance with stock management policies.
- Prepare banking and cash closing, ensuring all financial procedures are executed accurately.
- Assist with stock deliveries and transfers, including quality control and managing consignments.
- Prepare pieces for display, including price labeling and adjustments.
- Support omni-channel orders from a stock perspective and implement brand policies.
- Provide additional support in alternative locations as required.
- Manage client orders and reservations within established policies.
- Contribute to the organization and preparation of annual counts, cycle counts, and spot checks.
- Ensure adherence to policies related to stock inventory.
- Experience in an administrative role with a strong aptitude for organization.
- Experience in the luxury industry is preferred.
- Strong command of IT systems and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of watchmaking, jewelry techniques, and Cartier products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP experience is beneficial.
- Interpersonal skills, including empathy, self-confidence, and integrity.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Fluency in English, both conversational and written.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the luxury industry, is required.
