1. Analyze the technical, economic, and timeline feasibility of special order and transformation requests.
2. Collaborate with technical support and relevant experts to assess feasibility.
3. Manage the production allocation strategy in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
4. Research historical data of pieces when necessary.
5. Oversee the preparation of estimates and quotations.
6. Consolidate execution proposals for the requesting department.
7. Develop detailed project schedules with various project stakeholders.
8. Monitor the production stages and ensure workshops have all necessary resources.
9. Coordinate the progress of pieces with workshops, creation teams, and experts.
10. Ensure adherence to product specifications, costs, and timelines.
11. Lead project teams and maintain interfaces with different project stakeholders.
12. Update systems and dashboards regularly.
13. Communicate progress and alert in case of deviations.
14. Participate in commercial team meetings and monthly performance analysis.
15. Engage in or lead transversal projects for performance and process improvement.

1. Degree from a business or engineering school.
2. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

1. Strong understanding of product development flows and processes.
2. Product sensitivity and customer service orientation.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capability.
4. Adaptability and solution-oriented mindset.
5. Analytical skills, rigor, and coordination abilities.
6. Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP.
7. Fluent in English.
8. Knowledge of the jewelry industry is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably within a related industry.

Degree from a business or engineering school.
