- Analyze the technical, economic, and timeline feasibility of special order and transformation requests.
- Collaborate with technical support and relevant experts to assess feasibility.
- Manage the production allocation strategy in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Research historical data of pieces when necessary.
- Oversee the preparation of estimates and quotations.
- Consolidate execution proposals for the requesting department.
- Develop detailed project schedules with various project stakeholders.
- Monitor the production stages and ensure workshops have all necessary resources.
- Coordinate the progress of pieces with workshops, creation teams, and experts.
- Ensure adherence to product specifications, costs, and timelines.
- Lead project teams and maintain interfaces with different project stakeholders.
- Update systems and dashboards regularly.
- Communicate progress and alert in case of deviations.
- Participate in commercial team meetings and monthly performance analysis.
- Engage in or lead transversal projects for performance and process improvement.
- Degree from a business or engineering school.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of product development flows and processes.
- Product sensitivity and customer service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capability.
- Adaptability and solution-oriented mindset.
- Analytical skills, rigor, and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of the jewelry industry is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably within a related industry.
Degree from a business or engineering school.
