Cartier Service Advisor

- Deliver a warm and gracious welcome to each client, embodying the values of the Maison and exceeding client experience expectations.
- Meet or exceed service timeframes and client expectations with Maison-appropriate follow-up.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and technical explanations regarding service.
- Execute Cartier Service Policies to ensure a Maison-appropriate client experience.
- Perform basic product services such as strap changes, bracelet sizing, steam cleaning, and cord changes.
- Uphold the ideals of the Cartier Client Experience with a clear understanding of luxury service requirements.
- Share recommendations with clients about service and product sales, including straps and links.
- Collaborate with Boutique colleagues on sales of accessories, watches, and jewelry.
- Comply with Cartier security and operational procedures, including product handling and inventory control.
- Assist with Boutique daily setup and breakdown for opening and closing.
- Support Boutique projects such as inventory, organization, and restocking of supplies.
- Maintain proper visual standards and product maintenance in display cases.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements and jewelry is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Additional language skills in Mandarin, Portuguese, or Russian are a plus.
- Ability to project an approachable and professional image.
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
College degree preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
