- Identify training needs and develop a comprehensive training strategy for sales and management functions.
- Execute core programs developed by Central Learning & Development, adapting them for the Japanese market.
- Deliver impactful training programs to enhance employee capabilities and skills, ensuring organizational success.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and HR Business Partners to attract, develop, and retain talent.
- Facilitate training sessions on Cartier history, selling techniques, and product knowledge.
- Support commercial teams in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Promote a learning culture that encourages individual and organizational growth.
- Evaluate the impact of learning initiatives through key performance indicators.
- Design and implement training solutions in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Manage training logistics, documentation, and reporting.
- Regularly visit boutiques to assess training needs and effectiveness.
- Minimum of three years' experience in training or sales within the Watches and Fine Jewellery industry.
- Proven organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with cross-cultural awareness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Native fluency in Japanese and business fluency in English.
A minimum of three years in training or sales within the Watches and Fine Jewellery industry is required.
