Cartier Senior Trainer, Learning & Development

1. Identify training needs and develop a comprehensive training strategy for sales and management functions.
2. Execute core programs developed by Central Learning & Development, adapting them for the Japanese market.
3. Deliver impactful training programs to enhance employee capabilities and skills, fostering a sustainable organization.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Human Resource Business Partners to attract, develop, and retain talent.
5. Prepare and facilitate training sessions on Cartier's history, selling techniques, and product categories.
6. Coordinate and organize retail training, focusing on clienteling techniques and cross-selling opportunities.
7. Participate in HQ training sessions and develop a blended learning environment through digital platforms.
8. Support commercial teams in delivering exceptional client experiences and promote a team-selling culture.
9. Evaluate the impact of learning initiatives and monitor service standards through key performance indicators.
10. Design training solutions in partnership with stakeholders to enhance client engagement and boutique performance.
11. Manage training logistics, documentation, and reporting, ensuring alignment with corporate training requirements.

1. Minimum of three years of experience in training or sales within the Watches and Fine Jewellery industry.
2. Proven organizational skills and project management experience.
3. Native fluency in Japanese and business proficiency in English.

1. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
2. Strong facilitation and communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to work effectively in both team and individual settings.
5. Critical thinking and creativity in approach.

A minimum of three years in a training role or sales within the Watches and Fine Jewellery industry is required.
