Cartier Senior Trainer, Learning & Development

- Identify training needs and develop a comprehensive training strategy for sales and management functions.
- Execute core programs developed by Central Learning & Development, adapting them for the Japanese market.
- Deliver impactful training programs to enhance employee capabilities and skills, fostering a sustainable organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Human Resource Business Partners to attract, develop, and retain talent.
- Prepare and facilitate training sessions on Cartier's history, selling techniques, and product categories.
- Coordinate and organize retail training, focusing on clienteling techniques and cross-selling opportunities.
- Participate in HQ training sessions and develop a blended learning environment through digital platforms.
- Support commercial teams in delivering exceptional client experiences and promote a team-selling culture.
- Evaluate the impact of learning initiatives and monitor service standards through key performance indicators.
- Design training solutions in partnership with stakeholders to enhance client engagement and boutique performance.
- Manage training logistics, documentation, and reporting, ensuring alignment with corporate training requirements.
- Minimum of three years of experience in training or sales within the Watches and Fine Jewellery industry.
- Proven organizational skills and project management experience.
- Native fluency in Japanese and business proficiency in English.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in both team and individual settings.
- Critical thinking and creativity in approach.
A minimum of three years in a training role or sales within the Watches and Fine Jewellery industry is required.
