Cartier Senior Regulatory Project Manager

- Lead the regulatory risk analysis for projects from inception to production launch approval.
- Frame technical documentation and project test plans.
- Define and monitor the regulatory validation schedule.
- Support development teams and suppliers in achieving regulatory compliance for projects.
- Ensure the completeness of regulatory dossiers for internal clients, including MDM, Trade Compliance, and Operations.
- Engage with the Compliance ecosystem (Maison, Group, Local) to facilitate market availability.
- Update databases and local registrations for distribution.
- Participate in Group-led workshops with markets on regulatory compliance monitoring.
- Facilitate improvement groups or projects related to regulatory themes.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring and support development teams throughout the product lifecycle in implementing applicable standards through various media (webinars, training, newsletters).
- Translate international and Group directives for project teams and suppliers.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Quality Management System and regulatory compliance, particularly in product development processes, risk management, and handling regulatory non-compliance.
- Identify local regulatory requirements (Europe, USA, Latin America, Asia, etc.) and integrate these into regulatory requirements.
- Develop and complete various reporting tools for the Department (project tracking, range tracking, budget tracking, and other mission-related reports).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role with strong regulatory knowledge.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to facilitate business processes.
- Strong attention to detail and resilience.
- Adaptability and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Team spirit and the ability to propose new processes.
A minimum of 7 years in a similar regulatory role within a related industry.
