Cartier Senior Project Manager, Industrialization & Operational Quality

- Facilitate and streamline daily quality assurance tasks and manage industrialization projects within the Parfums division.

- Manage non-conformities with subcontractors, including quality refusals, sample collection, and action plan follow-ups.
- Conduct operational audits of subcontractors and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee supplier non-conformities and manage action plans, including in-situ controls and operational audits.
- Support quality engineers during component startups to ensure alignment with defined quality standards.
- Participate in the industrialization of new products, including technical analysis and trial organization.
- Drive continuous improvement projects with subcontractors, focusing on efficiency and waste reduction.
- Develop expertise in packaging processes and integrate innovative solutions from partners.
- Significant experience in the cosmetics industry, particularly in cosmetic product packaging.
- Technical expertise in industrial machinery, packaging materials, and processes such as glass, printing, and plastics.
- Problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of autonomy.
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Significant experience in the cosmetics industry, ideally in cosmetic product packaging.
