Cartier Senior Project Manager, Industrialization & Operational Quality

1. Facilitate and streamline daily quality assurance tasks and manage industrialization projects within the Parfums division.
2. Enhance proximity and responsiveness, anticipate risks, and explore innovative work methodologies to improve overall efficiency.
3. Manage non-conformities with subcontractors, including quality refusals, sample collection, and action plan follow-ups.
4. Conduct operational audits of subcontractors and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Oversee supplier non-conformities and manage action plans, including in-situ controls and operational audits.
6. Support quality engineers during component startups to ensure alignment with defined quality standards.
7. Participate in the industrialization of new products, including technical analysis and trial organization.
8. Drive continuous improvement projects with subcontractors, focusing on efficiency and waste reduction.
9. Develop expertise in packaging processes and integrate innovative solutions from partners.

1. Significant experience in the cosmetics industry, particularly in cosmetic product packaging.
2. Technical expertise in industrial machinery, packaging materials, and processes such as glass, printing, and plastics.

Significant experience in the cosmetics industry, ideally in cosmetic product packaging.
