1. Lead the launch plan for new products from marketing brief to delivery of finished pieces in stock.
2. Manage timelines and define necessary actions to achieve launch objectives.
3. Proactively address project challenges with innovative solutions.
4. Ensure team cohesion and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Oversee technical development, including the creation of technical specifications and tender documents.
6. Coordinate technical adjustments with suppliers and ensure product alignment with brand identity.
7. Prepare and lead project steering committees, ensuring implementation of decisions.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Jewelry Design.
2. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in product development within the jewelry or luxury accessories sector.

1. Strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and/or Italian.
4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
5. Knowledge of 3D software such as Rhino or Creo is advantageous.

A minimum of 8 years in product development project management within the jewelry or luxury accessories industry is required.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Jewelry Design.
