1. Develop and implement the UAE marketing strategy for the watches category.
2. Define forecasts and 360-degree plans for product launches.
3. Collaborate with commercial, supply, client, and communication teams to support range collections.
4. Revise sales forecasts monthly and ensure adequate product supply.
5. Build strong relationships with boutique managers and animate the community.
6. Lead in-boutique trainings in collaboration with the Learning & Development department.
7. Optimize product visibility and performance through collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
8. Support product awareness and desirability through collaboration with the communication team.
9. Implement client-centric activations in collaboration with the events team.
10. Develop monthly and yearly reports and analyses to track product performance.
11. Define and implement 360 launch plans for new products and exclusivities.
12. Capture market insights and understand competitor strategies.

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the luxury industry, preferably in the Middle East.
2. Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

1. Strong knowledge in assortment management, merchandising, and business analysis.
2. Highly collaborative with a proven record of building cross-functional relationships.
3. Strong digital and analytical acumen.
4. Fluency in English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
5. Organized, self-driven, and resourceful with effective time management skills.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in the luxury industry, ideally within the Middle East region.

Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
