- Contribute to the definition and construction of the media strategy and annual guidelines.
- Brief the media agency by collection/campaign and collaborate on media strategy.
- Participate in campaign reporting to influence future strategies.
- Monitor competitive activity and media trends/innovations.
- Lead media coordination for assigned regions.
- Support markets in deploying, optimizing, and implementing local media strategies.
- Challenge and refine media and non-media proposals from subsidiaries.
- Optimize and structure market coordination activities by proposing new processes and tracking tools.
- Ensure the media agency's understanding of the Maison's media strategy and business challenges.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, including timing, data quality, and analysis.
- Challenge local strategy and its application with the central agency and markets.
- Collaborate with the Creative Communication team on media needs and challenges.
- Define creative needs to meet annual media challenges stemming from the media strategy.
- Establish creative briefs by campaigns/collections.
- Proven experience in a media agency or with an advertiser.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Curiosity and open-mindedness.
- Analytical and rigorous mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Adaptability.
A successful initial experience in a media agency or with an advertiser is required.
