1. Define sales forecasts in collaboration with Marketing teams for product range and new collections.
2. Determine central global forecasts.
3. Lead discussions with marketing to challenge assumptions and reach consensus.
4. Assess new product launches in terms of network openings and sales potential across all subsidiaries.
5. Facilitate the launch process by estimating sales potential, validating dimensions, and collaborating with subsidiaries and International Marketing to achieve a tripartite consensus.
6. Ensure the reliability of information shared with all Supply Chain stakeholders.
7. Maintain control over processes through various analyses and reports (sales, stock, market trends, etc.).
8. Participate in transformation projects in the field of sales forecasting.
9. Develop future forecasting tools and processes.
10. Anticipate and adapt to change.

1. Engineering degree (specialization in Supply Chain is a plus).
2. 3 to 5 years of practical experience in sales forecasting, supply, or distribution in an international context.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of statistical analysis (R or Python), reporting tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics), or willingness to learn.
4. Knowledge of Anaplan model building is advantageous.
5. Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
6. Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal qualities, with the ability to present facts concisely and pertinently.
