- Define sales forecasts in collaboration with Marketing teams for product range and new collections.
- Determine central global forecasts.
- Lead discussions with marketing to challenge assumptions and reach consensus.
- Assess new product launches in terms of network openings and sales potential across all subsidiaries.
- Facilitate the launch process by estimating sales potential, validating dimensions, and collaborating with subsidiaries and International Marketing to achieve a tripartite consensus.
- Ensure the reliability of information shared with all Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Maintain control over processes through various analyses and reports (sales, stock, market trends, etc.).
- Participate in transformation projects in the field of sales forecasting.
- Develop future forecasting tools and processes.
- Anticipate and adapt to change.
- Engineering degree (specialization in Supply Chain is a plus).
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in sales forecasting, supply, or distribution in an international context.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of statistical analysis (R or Python), reporting tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics), or willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Anaplan model building is advantageous.
- Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal qualities, with the ability to present facts concisely and pertinently.
