Cartier Senior Construction Project Manager

- Oversee the execution and construction of retail network renovations, ensuring boutiques meet Cartier's standards.
- Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers in collaboration with the central Store Design Planning department.
- Participate in the renovation of approximately 60 boutiques across Europe according to the latest concept.
- Take responsibility for feasibility, development, tendering, and construction phases.
- Manage external teams, including consultants and contractors.
- Provide clear, concise, and rigorous reporting to management on quality, budget, planning, risks, and resolutions.
- Engage in cross-functional management and collaborate with local SDP teams, sharing best practices.
- Collaborate with commercial, finance, network development, legal, real estate, and procurement departments.
- Develop long-term relationships with key vendors such as architects and contractors.
- Enhance management tools for tender documentation and construction tracking.
- Act as an ambassador for maintenance and sustainability strategies, deploying central sustainability strategies like LEED and local sourcing.
- Anticipate maintenance needs in collaboration with local markets.
- Continuously improve construction methods and test international processes in the European region.
- Degree in engineering or architecture.
- Significant professional experience with strong project management expertise.
- Rigorous, flexible, and adaptable with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with proactivity and creativity.
- Team-oriented with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Fluency in English and French.
Significant professional experience in project management within the construction or design industry.
Degree in engineering or architecture.
