- Higher education degree from a business school or engineering institution.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in non-production purchasing within a large international organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, rigorous, and autonomous work style.
- Project management capabilities.
- Fluency in English.
