1. Support various headquarters departments in defining their purchasing needs.
2. Conduct supplier sourcing and analyze offers.
3. Negotiate contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
4. Monitor and develop supplier partnerships.
5. Promote and implement the Purchasing Policy across all headquarters departments.
6. Actively participate in the official communication of the Purchasing Policy.
7. Contribute to the animation of the purchasing community both centrally and regionally.
8. Identify strategic future needs of all departments.
9. Collaborate with regional teams to share best purchasing practices and create synergies.
10. Represent Cartier alongside the Purchasing Manager in Richemont Group forums.
11. Ensure the sharing of Cartier's best practices with other Richemont Group brands.

1. Higher education degree from a business school or engineering institution.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in non-production purchasing within a large international organization.

2. Ability to adapt to various stakeholders.
3. Strong organizational, rigorous, and autonomous work style.
4. Project management capabilities.
5. Fluency in English.
