Cartier Senior Budget Planner and Analyst

- Lead the international communication budget management within the MCC Strategic Planning team.
- Act as a key liaison for central teams, especially Communication, and regional teams in budget planning for key projects.
- Provide informed recommendations on investment strategies and assist teams in budget management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and data reliability.
- Support and challenge project managers and budget owners in understanding and allocating project budgets.
- Develop budget guidelines in alignment with the Maison's priorities.
- Monitor and control deliverables, including financial data via Anaplan, activation plans, and schedules.
- Analyze budget cycles and variations, alerting on discrepancies between forecasted and revised investment objectives.
- Collaborate with other Budget Planners to ensure information flow and broaden understanding beyond immediate teams.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Communication department, co-constructing investment plans and resource allocation recommendations.
- Identify optimization levers, anticipate deviations, and suggest necessary adjustments.
- Create and present various reports and presentations for Cartier and Richemont management.
- Regularly analyze communication investments and guide future investment decisions with pertinent recommendations.
- Enhance budget construction and allocation methodologies, proposing new relevant KPIs.
- Ensure data reliability in budgeting tools and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, planning, or finance roles with a strong analytical component and exposure to communication activities.
- Strong analytical thinking and data affinity.
- Structured, rigorous, and organized mindset with a high sense of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, ideally Anaplan and Looker).
- Comfortable in matrix and cross-functional environments with a collaborative spirit and initiative-driven autonomy.
At least 5 years in marketing, planning, or finance roles with significant analytical responsibilities and exposure to communication activities.
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or equivalent.
