Cartier Sector Manager

- Manage daily operations of the sector, including team management, technical oversight, quality assurance, productivity, and timelines.
- Organize and optimize the department, recruit suitable profiles, evaluate performance, and develop potential and expertise.
- Act as a communication liaison with team members and promote the Maison's values.
- Foster a healthy and stimulating work environment.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Maintain, support, and enhance the sector's quality, delivery, and productivity performance.
- Manage existing processes and implement new manufacturing processes.
- Oversee sector capacity and workload management.
- Facilitate information sharing among partners and team members.
- Monitor production and prepare sector reporting.
- Propose improvements in production ergonomics, flow, methods, tools, and quality.
- Implement and manage self-inspection processes.
- Analyze non-conformity issues and implement corrective actions with Quality and Methods teams.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives within the sector.
- Drive continuous improvement projects in the work environment.
- Engineering degree, advanced technical diploma, or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry, with knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes, especially machining.
- Previous managerial experience is required.
- Proficiency in IT tools and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of management, planning, and performance indicators tools.
- Agility and change management capability.
- Strong stress resilience.
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
- Ability to unite and lead teams.
- Rigorous, responsible, and proactive mindset.
At least 5 years of industry experience with a focus on mechanical manufacturing processes and a proven track record in management.
Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.
