Cartier Sector Manager

- Manage daily operations of the sector, focusing on team management, technical oversight, quality assurance, productivity, and timely delivery.
- Organize and optimize department functions, recruit suitable profiles, evaluate performance, and develop team potential to foster retention.
- Act as a communication liaison, promoting the values of the Maison to team members.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Maintain, support, and enhance Quality, Delivery, and Productivity performances within the sector.
- Manage existing processes and participate in the implementation of new manufacturing processes.
- Oversee sector capacity and workload management.
- Facilitate information sharing among partners and team members.
- Monitor production and prepare sector reports.
- Propose improvements in production ergonomics, flow, methods, tools, and quality.
- Implement and manage self-inspection processes.
- Analyze non-conformity issues and collaborate with Quality and Methods teams to implement corrective actions.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives within the sector.
- Drive continuous improvement projects within the work environment.
- Engineering degree, advanced technical diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mechanical manufacturing industry, particularly in machining processes.
- Familiarity with specific technical processes such as polishing and bonding.
- Prior managerial experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in IT tools and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of management, planning tools, and performance indicators.
- Agility and capability to drive change.
- Strong stress resilience.
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
- Ability to unite teams.
- Rigorous, responsible, and proactive mindset.
At least 5 years in the mechanical manufacturing industry with a focus on machining processes and a preference for candidates with managerial experience.
Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
