1. Manage invoicing processes for Events, Marketing, Media, Press, CRM, and Merchandising teams.
2. Create and modify supplier accounts in the SAP database.
3. Generate SAP purchase orders for all Marketing & Communication department projects.
4. Develop and maintain a purchase order tracking table.
5. Ensure budget alignment by verifying receipt and payment of supplier invoices.
6. Monitor communication expenses through monthly closures and contribute to the budgeting process.
7. Update dashboards for key sectors of Cartier France to track commercial activity.
8. Analyze sales data across various channels and product categories.
9. Conduct ad hoc cross-functional studies related to business activities.
10. Perform competitive intelligence analysis.
11. Support Events and Marketing teams during special events.

1. Structured and organized with a keen analytical mindset.
2. Meticulous attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Experience with SAP is advantageous.

A first experience with SAP is considered a plus.
