1. Drive the performance, engagement, and development of the boutique's sales team, ensuring alignment with Cartier's values of excellence, generosity, and curiosity.
2. Set, monitor, and track individual and collective sales KPIs to meet performance targets.
3. Lead daily and weekly business rituals with energy and clarity to ensure team focus and alignment.
4. Ensure excellence in client experience and retail operations, maintaining compliance with Maison standards.
5. Act as a floor leader, providing real-time coaching and maintaining a visible presence to drive team engagement.
6. Conduct individual performance reviews and develop tailored development plans for Sales Associates.
7. Identify and nurture talent within the team, ensuring strong succession planning.
8. Monitor and analyze client satisfaction data to enhance client experience and drive performance.
9. Support Sales Associates in developing client portfolios with a focus on loyalty and retention.
