Cartier Sales Manager

- Drive the performance, engagement, and development of the boutique's sales team, ensuring alignment with Cartier's values of excellence, generosity, and curiosity.
- Set, monitor, and track individual and collective sales KPIs to meet performance targets.
- Lead daily and weekly business rituals with energy and clarity to ensure team focus and alignment.
- Ensure excellence in client experience and retail operations, maintaining compliance with Maison standards.
- Act as a floor leader, providing real-time coaching and maintaining a visible presence to drive team engagement.
- Conduct individual performance reviews and develop tailored development plans for Sales Associates.
- Identify and nurture talent within the team, ensuring strong succession planning.
- Monitor and analyze client satisfaction data to enhance client experience and drive performance.
- Support Sales Associates in developing client portfolios with a focus on loyalty and retention.
- Act as an ambassador of Cartier in the local community, strengthening partnerships and enhancing boutique visibility.
- Proven managerial experience in a dynamic retail or luxury environment.
