- Lead the team to achieve or exceed boutique sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and Maison tools for business development insights.
- Establish strong rapport with corporate partners and Maison leaders.
- Develop and implement proactive sales and client development strategies based on market opportunities.
- Cultivate prestige market partnerships to enhance boutique sales.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team, providing feedback and defining individual development plans.
- Lead succession planning and career development initiatives in collaboration with HR.
- Manage performance and communicate Maison strategies and industry news effectively.
- Drive client development and experience action plans, curating exceptional client experiences.
- Resolve complex client challenges and lead VIP interactions.
- Promote organizational agility and champion change within the boutique.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and optimize boutique operations.
- Act as a Maison ambassador, maintaining boutique image and promoting heritage and products.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous.
- 7 to 10 years of management experience, particularly in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Experience managing direct reports and leading leaders.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in complex business environments or projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Proactive business and HR analysis skills.
7 to 10 years of management experience, especially in luxury retail or hospitality, with a focus on leading teams and managing direct reports.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Expected salary range: $110,000 - $120,000. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
