- Drive performance improvement by observing guest experiences and providing real-time coaching to sales and service teams.
- Align boutique coaching with commercial priorities and KPIs, including conversion rates and client retention.
- Develop targeted coaching plans based on performance data trends.
- Provide shoulder-to-shoulder coaching to enhance sales techniques and clienteling skills.
- Conduct boutique morning briefs and provide feedback to enhance daily communication.
- Complete post-visit reports summarizing coaching goals and progress.
- Support boutique leadership development through 'coaching the coach' initiatives.
- Use data metrics to track coaching impact and address performance gaps.
- Collaborate with commercial directors and HR to analyze coaching plans and identify training needs.
- Facilitate in-boutique training sessions on selling skills, client development, and product knowledge.
- Lead learning and development initiatives for new boutique openings or renovations.
- Foster a learning culture by championing Cartier’s Learner Experience Platform.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies.
- Strong critical thinking skills and business acumen.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with diverse teams.
- Self-awareness and adaptability in communication.
- Three to five years of coaching experience in a sales environment.
- Ability to develop and deliver original presentations.
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
- College degree in a related area is a plus.

Three to five years of solid coaching experience in a sales environment, with an emphasis on selling skills, client development, client experience, and leadership development. Previous management and/or learning & development experience is preferred. Background in luxury retail products is a plus.
