Cartier Sales Associate

- Provide expert consultation to an exclusive clientele.
- Actively acquire new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Assist clients with bespoke creations in High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking.
- Implement New Retail strategies including E-Commerce, Distant Sales, and Virtual Sales Ceremonies.
- Offer personalized service to VIP clients and cultivate local business relationships.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining the customer database and preparing inventories.
- Engage in networking activities, including attending local events and digital sales events.
- Completed training in a customer and service-oriented luxury goods environment, such as jewelry retail, high-end hospitality, or call centers.
- Experience in luxury sales, preferably in the jewelry and/or watch industry.
- Proficiency in New Retail, including digital sales, sales events, and networking.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are desirable.
- Flexible and resilient team player with a confident and appropriate demeanor.
- Precise and meticulous work style.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as client apps like 'MyClient' and Click and Collect systems.
Experience in luxury sales, ideally within the jewelry and/or watch sector, is preferred.
Completed training in a customer and service-oriented luxury goods environment.
An attractive gross salary exceeding the collective agreement minimum of 1,848 EUR/month, with additional variable components. Overpayment is possible based on qualifications and experience.
