- Provide expert consultation to an exclusive clientele.
- Actively acquire new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Assist clients with bespoke High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking creations.
- Implement a New Retail strategy, incorporating E-Commerce, Distant Sales, Virtual Sales Ceremonies, Traffic Management, and the 'MyClients' App.
- Offer personalized service to VIP clients and nurture local business relationships.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining the customer database and preparing for inventory.
- Engage in networking activities, such as attending local events and digital sales functions.
- Completed training in a customer and service-oriented luxury goods environment, such as jewelry retail, high-end hospitality, or call centers.
- Experience in luxury goods sales, preferably in jewelry and/or watches.
- Excellent knowledge of New Retail, including digital sales and networking.
- Curiosity and a unique interest in innovative sales methods.
- Outstanding communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are desirable.
- Flexible, resilient team player with a confident and appropriate presence.
- Precise and accurate work style.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Proficiency with digital tools like customer apps and Click and Collect systems.
Experience in luxury goods sales, ideally within the jewelry and watch sectors, is preferred.
Completed training in a relevant field.
The position offers a competitive salary exceeding the collective agreement minimum of 1,848 EUR/month, with potential for overpayment based on qualifications and experience, including variable salary components.
