1. Provide expert consultation to an exclusive clientele.
2. Actively acquire new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
3. Assist clients with bespoke High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking creations.
4. Implement New Retail strategies, including E-Commerce, Distant Sales, Virtual Sales Ceremonies, and traffic management.
5. Personally manage VIP clients and nurture local business relationships.
6. Perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining the customer database and preparing inventories.
7. Engage in networking activities, including attending local events and digital sales functions.

1. Completed education in a customer and service-oriented luxury environment, such as jewelry retail, high-end hospitality, or call centers.
2. Experience in luxury goods sales, preferably in jewelry and/or watches.
3. Excellent understanding of New Retail, including digital sales and networking.
4. Curiosity and a keen interest in innovative sales approaches.
5. Outstanding communication skills and a positive demeanor.
6. Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are desirable.

2. Precise and meticulous work ethic.
3. Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems.
4. Familiarity with digital tools, such as customer apps like 'MyClient' and Click and Collect systems.

Experience in luxury goods sales, ideally within the jewelry and/or watch industry, is desired.

Completed education in a customer and service-oriented luxury environment.

An attractive, above-collective agreement gross salary exceeding the minimum of 1,848 EUR/month, with variable components; overpayment possible based on qualifications and experience.
