Cartier Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
- Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
- Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, providing recommendations for an exceptional experience.
- Cultivate client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Capture and manage client data for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
- Assist with special projects, such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday consistently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred.
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required.
College degree preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
