Cartier Sales Associate

1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
4. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
5. Accurately capture and manage client data for follow-up and relationship building.
6. Resolve client issues and escalate to management when necessary.
7. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
8. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
9. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
10. Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
11. Support special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.

1. College degree preferred

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Strong customer service orientation
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
6. Additional language skills are a plus
7. Knowledge of timepiece movements preferred

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required. Must be able to work weekends consistently and one weekday.

College degree preferred
