Cartier Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience across all touchpoints.
- Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, negotiating and handling objections effectively.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Participate in special projects such as price changes and support back-office responsibilities.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday consistently.
- Proficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements is preferred.
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required.
College degree preferred.
Expected hourly range: $26/HR-$28/HR, commission and overtime eligible.
