- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through non-face-to-face channels, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and stable sales performance.
- Understand and adhere to company and CRC policies and objectives, actively managing assigned clients to achieve sales targets.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering unique and memorable experiences, thereby fostering long-term relationships between Cartier and its clients.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address irregular situations and provide exceptional client service.
- Continuously improve personal skills and contribute to the growth of team members through feedback and support.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably with an understanding of non-face-to-face sales channels.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury industry trends, competitor products, and customer etiquette.
- Familiarity with Cartier's products, history, and brand DNA, as well as a basic understanding of gemology.
- Proficiency in building relationships through non-face-to-face channels such as phone and email.
- Active listening and effective communication skills to understand client needs and provide feedback.
- Ability to foster client intimacy and offer tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Empathy and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Influence and persuasion skills to impact client decisions and actions.
- Proficiency in using digital tools necessary for sales operations, such as Salesforce.
A minimum of three years in sales, with a focus on non-face-to-face channels.
