- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
- Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
- Assist and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
- Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate as needed to management.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the boutique, merchandising, and maintenance of displays.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
- Assist with special projects, such as price changes and supporting back-office responsibilities.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment is required.
College degree preferred.
Expected salary range: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
