- Deliver an unparalleled client experience throughout the sales process.
- Master the sales process, including welcoming, understanding, convincing, closing, and developing client relationships.
- Adapt to client needs and motivations, ensuring satisfaction and surprise.
- Handle negotiations and objections with ease, embodying the Maison's passion and values.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding After Sales services.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty.
- Develop and manage a robust client portfolio through targeted CRM actions.
- Participate in client events, representing the Maison as an ambassador.
- Adhere to brand and boutique policies and procedures.
- Contribute to inventory management and boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines and assist with special projects as needed.
- Previous experience in the hospitality sector or luxury retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of customer needs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
Candidates should possess prior experience in the hospitality or luxury retail sectors, demonstrating a strong customer service orientation.
