- Degree in a business or high-end service-oriented field.
- Ideally, previous successful experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or jewelry/watchmaking.
- Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, payment, management) with a client-centric approach.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
