1. Achieve quantitative sales objectives, including revenue growth and average transaction value.
2. Execute discount application in accordance with internal procedures.
3. Manage after-sales services and track conversion rates.
4. Ensure client satisfaction through personalized service and product presentation.
5. Negotiate and close sales effectively.
6. Adhere to boutique procedures and security protocols from opening to closing.
7. Process sales transactions and after-sales operations following internal guidelines.
8. Maintain and utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
9. Contribute to boutique activities, including team meetings, events, and inventory management.
10. Oversee merchandising quality and boutique appearance.
11. Manage supply orders specific to the boutique.
