1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
4. Resolve client issues and escalate concerns to management as needed.
5. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
6. Assist in the daily operations of the boutique, including merchandising and inventory management.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
2. General knowledge of timepiece movements.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
5. Additional language skills are a plus.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.

College degree preferred.

Expected salary range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
