Cartier Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a unique client experience throughout all interactions.
- Adapt sales approach according to client needs and motivations.
- Negotiate and handle client objections with ease.
- Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, providing exceptional client experiences.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
- Capture and utilize client data for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as needed.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including setup, breakdown, and merchandising.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
- Support special projects, such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency with computers and internet; MS Office required, SAP preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
College degree preferred.
Expected salary range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
