Cartier Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high standards of product knowledge.
- Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
- Support after-sales clients and provide recommendations in line with Maison values.
- Cultivate client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives, partnering with management for client development.
- Accurately capture and utilize client data for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with boutique set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays and back-stock.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
College degree preferred.
