Cartier Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
- Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations.
- Handle objections and negotiate with ease.
- Support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values, providing recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
- Cultivate client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as needed.
- Participate in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
- Participate in merchandising and inventory activities.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
College degree preferred.
Expected hourly range: $18.75 to $28.85 (Commission and overtime eligible). Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
