- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
- Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations.
- Negotiate and manage client objections effectively.
- Support after-sales clients, embodying Maison values and providing recommendations for an exceptional experience.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including setup, breakdown, and maintenance of displays.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure audit success.
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.
- College degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency with computers and internet; MS Office required, SAP preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments. General knowledge of timepiece movements is advantageous.
College degree preferred.
Expected hourly range: $18.75 to $28.85, with eligibility for commission and overtime.
